Gilly's Garden ships via USPS and UPS. The specific methods of shipment available are contingent upon your shipping destination, size of your order and the contents of your order. Your online checkout will display all of the shipping options available to you based upon your shipping location and contents of your order. Shipping fees are calculated based on the published rates for UPS or USPS. All of our UPS shipments are shipped via the UPS Carbon Neutral Program. This program helps to us to reduce the that impact that our shipments have on the environment. We are not able to ship C.O.D. We cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs if the carrier delivers your package when you are not home. If the shipper requires that packages be signed for in your area, please ensure that you are available to sign for your package. Customers are responsible for reimbursing us for any shipping and handling charges that are incurred if a package is returned because no one was available to accept it.
